Position: 1 x 14.8 hour Health Care Support Worker at Huntly Secondary Care Hub
Band: 3
This is a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker post, working over 2 days.
A Senior HCSW position has arisen in Ambulatory Care within Huntly Community Secondary Care Hub, focusing on basic observations, phlebotomy, and urinalysis for secondary care patients in the community.
The post involves flexibility across multiple hubs in Aberdeen City and the Shire, with a primary base in Huntly. Access to a car, a driving license, and willingness to travel are essential.
Candidate Profile
* Hardworking and able to work under pressure due to high patient volume.
* Forward-thinking, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing workload.
* Motivated, trustworthy, good communication skills, aware of personal limitations.
* Experience in Venepuncture is advantageous but full training will be provided.
* Experience in lone working and workload management is beneficial.
