Role Details

As a Data Executive you will contribute to achieving that product and supplier data across all platforms are accurate including product set-up, pricing and promotions. Ensure all integrity of product and technical data is maintained and excellent service levels are consistently achieved in the delivery of product data and technical assistance to internal departments, customers and suppliers.


The Role and Responsibilities

* Demonstrate professionalism and deliver an awesome customer experience to both internal and external customers.
* To ensure the integrity of product and technical data is maintained and excellent service levels are consistently achieved in the delivery of product data and technical assistance to internal departments, customers and suppliers
* Ensure administration of product data is robust
* Own new product process to include – timely set up of new products including descriptions, warehouse management, buying screen configurations and pricing structure
* Maintain website product offering and configurations
* Collate and update product specifications and COSHH sheets
* Liaise with suppliers on detailed product information such as allergens/origin
* Complete weekly reporting as required
* Support internal compliance to meet externally achieved accreditations: audits/Certification/Manuals/Processes e.g. CMi / MHS / Red Tractor / MSC / Organic (Soil Assoc.) / Freedom Foods, etc
* Demonstrate commitment to and support our Environmental, Social and Governance goals in how daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out.


The Ideal Candidate

* Strong I.T and administration skills, numeracy, and a good level of English.
* Customer Service Focus, Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
* An action-oriented individual, who is solutions focused, can manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
* A good team player, with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills that follows processes in place and prioritises business improvement.
* Experience working as a Data Administrator or Administrator.
* Experience in product or supplier data management and pricing updates.
* Familiarity with product compliance, specifications, allergens, and barcoding.
* Understanding of technical data platforms


Desirable

* Experience working within the Foodservice sector, or other similar operation.
* Experience in uploading or managing 3rd party product data
* Knowledge of food legislation/ HACCP


Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
