Were seeking an experienced TUPE Mobilisation, People & Culture Manager to lead the recruittrainretain strategy for a new contract within Apleonas Integrated FM business unit. This pivotal role will ensure compliance and best practice across recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, talent management, internal communication, and employee engagement for a dispersed workforce.
Youll work closely with the Facilities Account Director and our central HR team to deliver a seamless TUPE mobilisation, embed company culture from day one, and build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
