About the Role
As a key member of our Field Sales team, your responsibilities will include:
* Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
* Tailoring Solutions: Engaging in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing deals with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
* Client Management: Nurturing relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
* Data Analysis: Conducting reviews to identify growth opportunities, boost client ROI, and deliver long-term success.
Qualifications
* Proven success in sales (Field Sales or High-Performing Telesales)
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience and a positive attitude in overcoming objections
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential)
* A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
