Job Title: Product Marketing Manager – B2B2C
Location: Manchester (2 days in office per week)
Salary: £60-70K based on experience plus bonus
Role:
I am partnering with a global leader in travel and lifestyle solutions, offering end-to-end digital experiences that connect financial services, fintech, and rewards platforms with premium consumer offerings. As they expand into new markets and grow their product suite, they’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic GTM efforts and bring new propositions to life.
Responsibilities:
* Define clear, customer-centric value propositions that speak to different audience needs and elevate product positioning.
* Shape go-to-market strategies for new features and product rollouts.
* Drive insight-led marketing by researching customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to refine messaging.
* Create impactful content and campaigns that raise awareness, fuel adoption, and highlight the value of new solutions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and client success teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product marketing or digital proposition role in a B2B2C setting.
* Experience launching new features, services, or products to both client and end-user audiences.
* Familiarity with loyalty, lifestyle, fintech, or travel platforms is a plus.
* Data-driven thinker with the ability to uncover insights and translate them into measurable outcomes
* Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft clear, differentiated messaging
* A hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
