Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing Supporting our social team with content ideas, briefs, creation, and scheduling Managing influencer communications, placing orders, and handling contracts Reporting on social and influencer performance — spotting what’s working and what’s not Helping out with events and activations across social, influencer, and sponsorship Tracking ticketing and hospitality allocations for customers and internal teams Managing diaries for events, suites, and hospitality Supporting sponsorship enquiries and proposals Posting internal comms to AO’ers about events and tickets Providing admin support across the brand marketing team, including raising purchase orders A Few Things About You A natural people person who builds strong, lasting relationships Energetic, creative, and always ready to dive into new challenges Meticulous and organised, with a sharp eye for detail A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexible and committed—happy to work evenings/weekends when needed (don’t worry, we’ll give you the time back!)
