You will work on an initial hybrid model, combining both office and home-based working, with flexibility to suit your needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver responsive and effective out-of-hours social work services across Trafford. Manage urgent cases in Adult Social Care, Children's Services, and Mental Health. Act as an AMHP, utilising warranted powers with appropriate authorisation. Respond promptly to crisis situations involving children at risk, vulnerable families, or individuals in mental health emergencies. Support and mentor other team members using your professional expertise. Maintain accurate, timely case records and documentation in accordance with legislative requirements. Keep up to date with policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to your practice areas.
