Grow Channels is where operators come to turn YouTube into a real business. Weve spent 5 years helping thousands of creators build faceless channels that now get over 100 million YouTube monthly views combined.
Weve also build a 1.5M following for ourselves, at @razvanpb, @theventure, and dozens more pages.
Now were aiming that same obsession at a bigger target: building the best business podcast in the world.
LEGENDARY BUSINESS is the next chapter. We want the room where the sharpest entrepreneurs, investors, and builders come to have the conversations they cant have anywhere else, produced at a level that makes legacy media look slow. Best quality from day one. A signature set, sound, and feel. A YouTube-first show engineered for retention, packaging, and the algorithm— and a clipping and distribution operation that puts the best moments in front of every audience that matters.
Our culture runs on taste, ownership, and the willingness to tell each other the truth. We build from the ground up with an operators playbook and an underdogs chip on our shoulder.
If you want to help build something the industry hasnt seen yet, alongside a small team that holds the bar where it should be, this is the place.
The Role:
As Content Producer, youll build and own the production engine behind the podcast, alongside our founder, Razvan Paraschiv.
Youll partner directly with Raz to plan, produce, and ship every episode — owning the shoot itself from the moment a guest is locked in to the moment the footage lands in post at broadcast-quality. This is the founding production seat. Think early Jack at Diary of a CEO: the operator who built the room around the founder so the founder could focus on the conversation.
The shoot itself: directing the room, managing cameras, audio, and lighting, holding the standard for broadcast-quality output, and creating the experience that makes top-tier guests want to come back. The bar isnt just "looks great" — its "performs on YouTube." Every shoot gets produced for retention, packaging, and the algorithm from the first frame.
This is a high-ownership seat for a producer who has done this before, has the chops to direct the shoot themselves, and is energized by building a podcast operation from the ground up at a standard most teams wont touch.
What Youll Do:
* Own the shoot end-to-end. Run pre-production, on-set direction, and technical execution for every episode; deliver each shoot to post as clean, broadcast-quality footage ready to clip and publish.
* Produce for the platform. Build every shoot for how the episode will live on YouTube — multicam coverage that supports retention edits, framing that reads in a thumbnail, energy and pacing that hold a viewer through a 90-minute episode.
* Direct the room. Manage cameras, audio, and lighting in real time; hold the standard for sound, framing, and pacing while keeping the energy in the conversation high.
* Own the set, gear, and signature aesthetic. Maintain and evolve the look, sound, and feel that make the show recognizable on sight; manage equipment, vendors, and the physical environment so the room is camera-ready every shoot.
* Hand off clean to the post pipeline. Deliver organized, labeled footage and shoot notes to the editing and clipping teams; close the loop on what worked and what needs to change next time.
What Youll Bring to the Team:
* Real track record on YouTube or in video podcasts. Youve helped build a YouTube channel or a video podcast that actually grew at scale, not a side project. Youve owned the production of long-form interview content: podcasts, talk shows, broadcast, or equivalent.
* A strong portfolio of finished shoot work. You can point to episodes or shows where you ran the room, and you can walk through the choices you made on camera, audio, lighting, and pacing.
* Technical chops on set. You know how to set up and troubleshoot cameras, audio (lavs, booms, recorders), and lighting, or youve directed crews that do, and you know enough to catch problems before they hit tape.
* Bonus: experience producing for a founder, creator, or executive whose personal brand drives commercial outcomes. You understand the work has to land in the market, not just look good in the edit bay.
What we offer:
The base salary for this role is $100,000 to $150,000 annually, with opportunities for further upside to $200,000 tied directly to your output. When determining compensation, we consider job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
