Location: Hope Haven, Whitehaven
Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Salary: £27,338 pa plus benefits including Health Cash Plan
On call shift payment: £14.30 per session

Are you passionate about transforming mental health services? Hope Haven is launching a new 24/7 mental health hub in Copeland, removing barriers to access and providing timely support. Join us to lead our team and make a difference.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead support workers and coordinators to deliver person-centred, quality housing support services.
* Participate in daily "Team of the Day" meetings to coordinate support efforts.
* Coach and manage your team to ensure excellent support and safeguarding.
* Promote the Hope Haven service within the community and to referring agencies.
* Ensure service quality through KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys.
About you:
* Experience in leading teams, with a talent for developing others.
* Experience in mental health services and/or housing support is desirable.
* Passionate about supporting people and making a real difference.
* Strong partnership working skills and excellent communication skills.
* Own a vehicle insured for business use; mileage paid.

Working hours and environment:
* Open 7 days a week; flexible working hours, including weekends.
* Primarily based at Hope Haven in Whitehaven or in our offices.
* Requires an Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us).
