What We Do Supportive Housing : We offer accommodation to over 700 individuals each year who are at risk of homelessness, on low incomes, or facing significant challenges. We don’t just give them a roof—we provide holistic support to help them build the skills and confidence to live independently. Health & Wellbeing : Our centre in Bath is a vibrant community space, with a fully equipped gym and a wide range of fitness classes. Youth Clubs : We operate 12 youth clubs for ages 10-19, including 4 young carers groups, giving young people a space to find support, develop social connections, and access trusted youth workers. Nurseries : Our 8 Ofsted-registered nurseries serve up to 360 children, preparing them for their educational journeys. The Role - Relief Accommodation and Support Worker You’ll be a key part of a team supporting young people aged 16-25 in our housing projects. Your role will involve: Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the project, working both as part of a team and independently. Providing emotional and practical support to residents, many of whom have faced significant trauma. Upholding the rules and procedures of the project while being responsive to issues as they arise. What You Bring Experience working with challenging behaviour, social work, or social care support is beneficial. We’re looking for someone who can work proactively, both within a team and independently, and who has a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
