* The matters undertaken by the corporate department at this firm are normally opposite a London and/or international firm
* This role will offer the post holder an exciting varied role where they will have access to top tier Corporate work
* There will be a greater opportunity to have more involvement on transactions and an increased level of client contact
Role
* Seeking a Corporate solicitor who can demonstrate commercial awareness
* Providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of high net worth clients based locally, in London and further afield
* Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of M&A, reorganisations, shareholders agreements and PE/ VC
* Working in an encouraging environment and beautiful surroundings
You
* 2-4 PQE
* Passionate and enthusiastic
* Excellent client service skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
