Ecosurety are looking for a Client Services Administrator with strong communication and organisational skills to deliver a high level of customer service to our clients. The individual will be required to be flexible and adaptable to embrace the changing needs of the business, balancing multiple business objectives.
The Client Services Administrator will support a large number of clients. The role will involve answering customer inquiries, maintaining client records, relaying important regulatory information, managing invoicing, reviewing and administering incoming client data, and providing administrative support to the Client Services Team.
