Accounts Receivable Assistant required for a new temporary to permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in Kingswinford, Dudley.
This role is to start immediately, you must be available to start asap to be considered for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
Day to day running of the Sales ledger
Raising customer invoices daily
Deal with any customer invoice queries and resolve discrepancies on accounts
Sending statements and credit notes
Allocating customer payments
Assisting credit control
Daily bank reconciliations
Key Requirements :
Previous experience in an accounts receivable role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent data entry and organisational skills
Key Information :
Office based / onsite parking
Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Temporary to permanent
