Assembles and tests product to agreed engineering methods and processes.
Complete surveys and repairs to agreed practices.
Supports and conforms to Quality procedures to maintain compliance, by ensuring adherence to the defined processes and procedures.
Is able to carry out assembly tasks without supervision.
Works with team to identify and drive productivity and performance improvement opportunities to support cost reductions.
Has an understanding of lean manufacturing processes and works with team.
Contributes to the continuous development of the safety, health and environment requirements within the team's work area.
Actively supports and progresses his / her own development needs to ensure task flexibility via the use of Skills matrix.
Has an annual and interim PDR's with Production Supervisor.
Has completed a recognised apprenticeship or experience to equivalent depth, and or breadth. Able to demonstrate relevant experience within the skill group.
