RME Coordinator, Canteen and Facilities Management (INOPS)
Responsibilities include overseeing overall Facility & Admin activities, conducting regular technical checks as per PPM schedule, and attending TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC, monitor energy consumption, and oversee DG maintenance. Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting, transformers, wiring, and control components such as relays, sensors, motors, and drives.
Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner. Perform minor refurbishment, upgrade works, and regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers. Conduct maintenance of carts, trolleys, pumps, and shutters.
Handle electrical, civil, and plumbing corrective maintenance, issue height work and hot work permits, and manage tools inventory. Follow PPM schedules and oversee soft services activities like pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
Manage agency staff and shift activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Controls, or Instrumentation.
