CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to support clients in Europe and Middle East.
Broad scoped Global Payroll Manager role including:
* Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for Global clients.
* Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws are met.
* Manage relationships with external outsourced payroll vendor, employees, and other benefit providers.
* Ownership of system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practices.
* Client relationship management up to CHRO and HR Director.
* Commission and bonus calculations.
* Advise on technical payroll requirements e.g. benefits and statutory payments.
* Assist Finance team with all payroll reporting requirements.
* Work with HR team to ensure query are revolved in a timely manager.
* Ensure payroll governance and variance control are effectively managed.
