We are partnering with a cradle to grave project delivery partner specialising in planning, commercial and project management. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking an experienced ECC Supervisor to aid with their civils and utilities projects.
Responsibilities
Site Operations Oversight
Lead and supervise on site construction activities for water infrastructure projects, ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with project specifications, NEC4 ECC requirements, and health & safety regulations. Provide guidance to contractors and on-site teams to maintain high standards of delivery.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor contractor performance against the approved programme, identifying delays, risks, or non-compliances. Prepare and issue detailed progress reports, early warnings, and recommendations to the Project Manager to support proactive decision making and schedule management.
