We are currently seeking an experienced Fast Fit Technician / MOT Tester to join our client’s reputable automotive workshop in Derby. Carrying out MOT testing strictly to DVSA standards
Performing routine servicing, basic maintenance, and light mechanical repairs
Conducting inspections and diagnosing vehicle issues efficiently
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations
Maintaining accurate documentation and detailed job records
Working collaboratively within a busy workshop team
Delivering excellent customer service and professional adviceRequirements for the Fast Fit Technician / MOT Tester role:
Valid MOT Tester licence (essential)
Level 3 qualification preferred, or Level 2 qualification with strong experience
Proven experience in fast-fit or a busy workshop environment
Competence in vehicle servicing and basic mechanical repairs
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
