We are seeking a motivated mental health social worker to join our Adult Social Care Mental Health Team. The role involves conducting assessments of service users' needs under the Care Act for individuals with mental health and social care needs, participating in the duty rota, and conducting safeguarding enquiries. We provide ongoing professional development opportunities, including AMHP training, BIA, Practice Educator training, and the ASYE programme for newly qualified social workers. Regular supervision is also provided.
Our team is inclusive and passionate, working closely with various agencies such as health professionals, housing workers, and drug and alcohol services. We are co-located with the Blackpool Community Mental Health Team.
