Job Opportunity: Support Worker
Location: Chard
Salary: £13.13 per hour, £30.50 per sleep in
Hours: Part time hours, 7am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm + Sleep in shifts, including weekend work
Are you a caring and compassionate individual looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a lady who lives in her own home.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide personalised support to help her live comfortably and maintain her independence. Your duties will include:
1. Supporting her with hobbies, social activities, and appointments.
2. Providing companionship and emotional support.
3. Respecting her preferences and encouraging her independence at every opportunity.
4. Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders.
About You:
5. Has a caring and patient nature.
6. Is reliable, responsible, and flexible.
7. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Holds a valid UK driver’s license
