Join us at our digital hub in Shirebrook, Mansfield, where you will be part of a growing digital trading team managing established websites. This role involves developing and owning digital trading strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing website performance.
Reporting to a Trading Manager, you will drive sales through strategic planning, manage digital campaigns, and optimize platform usage. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily trading and website execution
* Reporting and analyzing trade data to meet sales targets
* Overseeing content updates, campaigns, and promotions
* Managing campaign critical paths and communication strategies
* Leading digital trading tool usage and improvements
* Collaborating on content and SEO strategies
* Optimizing product content and resolving issues promptly
People management responsibilities include setting objectives, building motivated teams, and representing the digital team across the business. Requirements include:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Experience with digital trading and e-commerce platforms
* Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare
* At least 3-4 years in a similar digital retail role
