The Role
This is a site and project-focused role where you will take responsibility for the delivery of sprinkler packages on a flagship Life Sciences development. You'll work as part of the wider project team, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of sprinkler/fire suppression packages on site
* Oversee subcontractors and specialist suppliers
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards
* Attend and lead coordination meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
* Monitor progress and resolve any site issues
* Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations
* Support commissioning, testing, and handover
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements
What do we look for?
* Strong background in sprinkler/fire suppression systems
* Experience managing packages or projects on site
* Able to coordinate subcontractors and drive programme
* Good understanding of site operations and project delivery
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Experience on complex M&E or high-spec projects (Life Sciences, healthcare, commercial) beneficial
