Your role The purpose of the role is to identify procurement opportunities and support the business with varying scales of spend and risk. They will provide insight and knowledge for commercial improvements and strong commercial agreements. What you'll be doing What We Need: As the Procurement Manager you will cover multiple regions; UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and US. Within each region there may also be multiple lines of business. You will be managing a varied supply base across multiple geographies and sourcing of new suppliers, agreeing terms and price negotiation to deliver value to the business. The purpose of the role is to identify procurement opportunities and support the business with varying scales of spend and risk. They will provide insight and knowledge for commercial improvements and strong commercial agreements. There may be a requirement for meetings outside of office hours due to time difference in different countries. You will have a proven track record of working across multiple categories and across different geographies, establishing and negotiating contracts and service agreements. You will also have experience working at all levels within a company, across multiple categories with a commercial mind-set and a drive to innovate and improve. How We Work: As a Procurement Manager, you will be expected to work in an office and cross regional team environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in your main office Company-issued equipment Formal hands-on training (as needed) SITE INFO: The Meriden office is situated to the west of Coventry just off the A45 with free parking. There are a number of shops in the village centre, Co-Op, Budgens, café etc. Role Responsibilities: Data analysis Identifying and providing recommendations on commercial and operational opportunities Identify cost saving opportunities by performing contract reviews and supplier benchmarking Prepare tender specifications, review & evaluate offers and drive to completion negotiating and agreeing contractual terms Represent Corpay in negotiating pricing and formulating policies with suppliers Analyse market in the specified area of each commodity category and recommend management strategy Support the resolution of vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers Prepare reports regarding market conditions and material and service costs Support the operations team in ensuring that suppliers meet obligations in terms of responsibilities performance and priorities to ensure un-disturbed provision Support the business areas to procure goods and services as necessary Maintain systems with data updates, ensuring accuracy of key supplier information Tracking delivery of benefits realization of initiatives Ad hoc reporting and analysis to enable accurate and timely decision making Qualifications & Skills: Relevant procurement experience with proven track record of working on complex procurement projects Experience of establishing & negotiating contracts and service agreements for the supply of goods and services Excellent time management skills, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload Experience of using IT based systems to support decision-making.
