The Job you will do:
* In this exciting role, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate work, but will have an opportunity to focus on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate governance advice.
* Alternatively, your role may involve working in Wills, trusts and probate, or undertaking a range of residential conveyancing work.
About you:
* The successful candidates will ideally have a minimum of 5 years PQE (although we would consider less PQE for the right candidates) and have experience of dealing either M&A or Wills, trusts and Probate, or Residential Conveyance.
* The successful candidates will have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude to enable them to work closely with a team of legal fee-earners, paralegals and legal assistants on all aspects of this work and may have a fee earning target themselves.
* The ability to work as part of a team is therefore essential together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
