As a Clinical Support Worker you will need to be flexible and hardworking as you will be expected to see patients in their own home environment, under minimal supervision within your competencies and adhering to SWFT’s Lone Working Policy.
You will have at least 1 year care experience preferably in the community and have some knowledge and skills in managing the care of long term conditions, wound and pressure ulcer care and end of life patients. Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills together with being a good team player are all attributes we are looking for.
