The Role:
As Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the façade design process across multiple projects, ensuring technical accuracy, programme compliance, and coordination between internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the façade design process from concept through to construction
* Manage internal and external design resources
* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams
* Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, specifications, and client requirements
* Monitor progress against programme and identify potential risks or delays
* Provide technical support and guidance throughout project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience in façade design and construction
* Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding, and glazing systems
* Proficient in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks)
* Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills
* A degree or equivalent qualification
