Digital Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover (9 Months)

Digital Content Responsibilities:
* Planning digital content strategy for presentations to the Head of Visual Identity for each exhibition, art fair, and event on a quarterly basis.
* Designing and creating digital presentations, catalogues, email campaigns, marketing, and advertising materials.
* Planning and creating content for Gallery's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, Google Business, etc.
* Managing photography shoots under the direction of the Head of Visual Identity, both in-house and with external photographers.
* Processing images for print and digital use, including file management and labeling.
* Planning, creating, and directing film content, coordinating with in-house and external videographers.
* Managing the film editing feedback process between the filmmaker and the team.
* Managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through the business manager portal.
* Communicating with external stationers for design and printing of office stationery.
Website and Platform Management:
* Overseeing and managing website design and implementing improvements on the ArtLogic platform.
* Managing website content including images, exhibitions, news, and sold works archive.
* Maintaining communication with artists to keep content up-to-date.
* Populating the archive with content from the old site.
* Planning, designing, and managing email campaigns using Mailchimp.
* Interpreting analytics from Google, Mailchimp, Issuu, Squarespace, and Instagram.
* Collaborating with external PR agencies on digital campaigns and activities.
Press and Communications:
* Handling external press inquiries and materials.
* Arranging interviews with artists and Adrian Sassoon.
* Creating press images and caption files for fairs and exhibitions.
* Proofreading and fact-checking press releases and materials.
* Ensuring compliance with image copyright guidelines and obtaining permissions.

Person Specification:
* Experience in Digital Marketing.

* Experience in photography.
