Research & Development

Our R&D team comprises skilled Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory professionals working across nine Centres of Excellence. We focus on science, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit to develop and enhance our portfolio without compromising quality or performance.

About the Role

As an Associate in Category Medical Affairs, you will leverage your passion for healthcare and life sciences to impact our products and consumers positively. This role offers collaboration with diverse teams, skill development, and a chance to contribute to a healthier future.


Responsibilities

1. Work within a small team of medical scientists to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
2. Manage personal and career development within Medical Sciences and R&D.
3. Support the delivery of medical strategies aligned with category plans.
4. Assist in educating and supporting internal/external training on the lower GI category.
5. Represent Medical Sciences in cross-functional planning and meetings.
6. Contribute to science-led, consumer-focused innovation ideas.
7. Support data reviews, evidence generation, and regulatory documentation.
8. Translate scientific data into consumer claims and medical content.
9. Assist in scientific communications, publications, and conference presentations.
10. Build relationships with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Medical Sciences.
12. Ensure standards of medical and clinical governance are maintained.


Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in medical or life sciences (or equivalent), with postgraduate qualification (preferably PhD). Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industry, with knowledge of Medical Affairs, clinical evaluation, and regulatory requirements. Basic to intermediate expertise in lower GI, scientific research methodology, and medical writing is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and experience in product development across regions are desirable.
