Solutions Developer – (Kettering, Office-Based Role)
Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our office-based team. The role is primarily compliance-focused (around 80% of the work), analysing regulatory and business data to ensure the organisation meets internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The remaining 20% involves broader business data analysis, identifying trends, and producing reports to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves extracting, analysing, and interpreting compliance and business data to identify trends and patterns. You will prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders, visualise data using Tableau, Power BI, or other tools, monitor data quality, and support business projects with insights. You will also assist in managing data-related and compliance projects, communicating findings to stakeholders.
Technical Skills
The role requires proficiency in SQL (SQL Server essential; Snowflake desirable) and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with Power Platform is advantageous but not essential. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365, are required. It is also beneficial to have knowledge of Python, Business Objects, or other analytics tools, an understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and storage structures. Experience in compliance is advantageous but not required.
Other Skills & Experience
Applicants should have a degree in Maths, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience (minimum 2 years) in a data/analytics role. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
