We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the Grain & Hop Store venue. This role is responsible for driving bookings, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales across events, corporate functions, and group business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This venue has a huge opportunity for secondary spaces, as well as competitive socialising and the home for sport in the city.
Responsibilities
* Social media awareness to support event promotion and drive engagement.
* Experience managing event bookings from enquiry through to delivery.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
* Creative approach to maximising venue space.
* Strong understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
