Job Title: Helpline Advisor Location: Thurnscoe (5 Days on site) Contract: 6-month, full-time (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, 1-hour lunch) Randstad Sourceright are recruiting on behalf of Balfour Beatty Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and emails promptly, delivering excellent customer service * Take ownership of queries, following them through to resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction * Record accurate information in company IT systems * Produce escalation alerts and keep key stakeholders informed * Make outbound calls to request feedback on service delivery * Support the team’s lone worker process when required * Follow agreed procedures and maintain high standards of professionalism * Support the wider team in delivering KPIs and project objectives * Handle council and public enquiries, including waste calls, bookings, and highways issues Candidate Profile Essential: * Proven experience in a customer-focused environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confident and professional telephone manner * IT literate and comfortable using multiple systems * Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team * Positive attitude and willingness to embrace change Desirable: * Full driving license * Relevant customer service qualification (ICS a...
