Medical Coordinator – Medical Affairs
* Supported the Medical Project Manager in the delivery of Medical Affairs initiatives across the UK & Ireland, ensuring timely and compliant execution of projects.
* Built and maintained strong, professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), Patient Organisations (POs), and internal stakeholders.
* Partnered closely with the Medical and Compliance teams to manage HCP supports, grants, and donations in line with ABPI, IPHA, and Merck policies.
* Acted as a key point of contact for the Medical Inbox, efficiently responding to internal and external medical queries while maintaining high service standards.
* Coordinated logistical and administrative support for HCP attendance at medical events, providing clear guidance, documentation, and timely updates.
* Managed end-to-end contract workflows using iHub and AdobeSign, ensuring accurate execution, approvals, and closure following payment completion.
* Raised purchase orders, processed invoices, and liaised with Finance to ensure prompt and accurate payments.
* Utilised SAP to track and verify payments to HCPs, HCOs, and external partners, ensuring financial transparency and compliance.
* Maintained accurate trackers, records, and documentation to support reporting, audits, and data integrity.
* Delivered daily updates and annual activity data to the Medical Project Manager, supporting planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.
* Participated in UK & Ireland Medical Team meetings, contributing to effective cross-functional collaboration.
* Provided flexible support across the Medical Affairs function, adapting quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
