Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to appoint a Senior Bid Coordinator. This role sits within the central pitch team and plays a pivotal part in driving work-winning activity across the business.
This role would ideally suit someone with demonstrable experience in managing complex bids, proposals or pitch processes, ideally within professional services. However, candidates from wider corporate sectors with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic writing skills will also be considered.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, working from their HQ in Leeds 1 – 2 a week. The salary banding is £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Duties and responsibilities
* Produce tenders across the firm ensuring bid best practice
* Provide support on all aspects of the bid process
* Project manage the bid process, utilising the firm's bid automated systems
* Use the centralised knowledge bank to support in content creation
* Implement new ideas to develop winning strategies
* Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders, advising and guiding them through private and public sector bid processes
* Interpret the requirements for bids, advise legal teams on approach and prepare, coach and mentor them for presentations and pitches to client
* Opportunity to support the legal team through to presentation stage with the appropriate support from senior members of the bid team
* Work across the entire range of sectors covered by the firm
