Duties and responsibilities: Web content: Create and optimise website copy to enhance user experience and convey the value of our services and solutions Collaborate with the Marketing, Digital and Creative teams to ensure consistency between copy and design Continuously update and refresh website content to reflect the latest offerings and messaging Email: Craft compelling email copy for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and announcements Personalise email content to target specific audience segments A/B test copy to optimise engagement and conversion rates Ad campaigns: Develop creative concepts and write impactful copy for digital and print advertisements Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure the synergy of visuals and copy in ad campaigns Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Craft compelling scripts for diverse video projects, collaborating seamlessly with the Marketing and Creative teams to enhance the brand's visual narratives and staying updated on industry trends Blogs - trend focus: Write engaging and shareable blog posts that not only highlight the benefits of our solutions but also analyse and discuss current trends in the tech industry Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights, technical details, and industry trends Optimise content for SEO to increase organic visibility Whitepapers: Research and analyse complex technology topics to create comprehensive whitepapers Translate technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content Collaborate with internal teams to gather in-depth insights and data About You 5 years of experience in creative copywriting, preferably in a technology or B2B environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats, with a focus on campaigns, web content and trend-focused blogs Proficient in understanding and articulating complex technical concepts. Excellent collaboration and communication skills Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in crafting error-free copy Possess strong proofreading abilities to catch grammatical errors, typos, and formatting issues Exhibit a creative mindset with a passion for effective storytelling and communication Stay current on industry trends, linguistic developments, and emerging best practices Adapt writing style for different platforms, audiences, and channels Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback for a cohesive creative process Demonstrate effective time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects About Us We're FDM, an award-winning global business and technology consultancy.
