Trainer Opportunity – Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS) Self-Employed | Hourly rates from £26 | Classroom locations: Liverpool & Crewe /online delivery At TTC Group, our mission is to improve lives and create safer communities by reducing road safety risks through innovative, engaging, and impactful training solutions. Each year, we deliver driver training schemes to over 500,000 clients across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. As the UK’s leading nationwide provider of the Drink Drive Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS), and with demand continuing to grow, we are seeking passionate and engaging Trainers to join our panel and deliver this interactive programme. The DDRS is a 3- or 4-day classroom-based workshop designed to change behaviour, prevent reoffending, and ultimately contribute to safer roads for all. Sessions are delivered both online via Zoom and in person at our training centres in Liverpool and Crewe. What We Offer Flexible working – choose when and how often you deliver courses Competitive rates – starting from £26.00 per hour Comprehensive induction & training – including mentoring support Ongoing development opportunities – with the chance to work across other TTC driver training programmes, both in classroom and virtually What We’re Looking For A recognised qualification in adult education and drug, solvent and alcohol misuse counselling (essential) Experience in a road safety or criminal justice setting (desirable) Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire behaviour change and engage diverse groups of learners Application Process If you would like to join our trainer panel, we would love to hear from you.
