What You'll Do
* Support the Club Manager in running day-to-day operations
* Drive sales, events, and local promotions to hit targets
* Lead by example on shift — managing the team and ensuring a smooth customer experience
* Train, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best
* Maintain top standards in health & safety, cleanliness, and facilities
* Build strong relationships in your local community to grow leagues and repeat business
What You Bring
* Experience in leadership within sport, leisure, hospitality, or retail
* Confidence juggling multiple priorities in a busy, hands-on role
