An established, chartered independent insurance brokerage in North West London is looking to hire an Account Director to join their senior leadership team.
This is a flexible, high-impact role and would suit either:
* A highly capable Senior Account Handler ready to step up
* An Account Executive / Director with new business capability
The role:
* Manage and develop a team of 7–9 (or 5 if more junior)
* Work across Commercial & Property business
* Handle complex client relationships and key renewals
* Opportunity to influence strategy and growth
* No interviews conducted yet
