Job Description
As Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager ( CSM ) you will be involved in:
1. Converting new client enquiries
2. Client On-boarding
3. Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Managing a team of Care Professional's personal development
5. Care Delivery & on-call rota
6. Ensuring client satisfaction
7. Managing a team making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
Qualifications
To be successful in the Field Care Supervisor / Client Services Manager role, you will:
8. Have previous care experience with excellent customer service and man management or supervisory skills.
9. Be commercially aware
10. Have influencing capabilities
11. Be able to demonstrate achievement of business growth targets
12. Have the ability to build good working relationships.
13. Have strong organisation and planning skills
14. Be able to work well and accurately under pressure
15. Be flexible to meet the demands of the business including participating in an on-call rota
Additional Information
Due to the need to support the On-Call function, which may require you to support team members out in the field in emergency situations, and also the requirement to travel throughout the community to conduct new client assessments; to successfully complete this role you will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
You will be an experienced supervisor within the care sector, preferably home care, however not essential.

Pay: £27,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year
