Home to work that matters, and you can be a part of it.Job summary/PurposeThis role you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of 2 x compounds & toilets and show homes. The Cleaning Technicians will work alongside the Site Management Team and will have a structured programme to follow for each development. We are looking for individuals that take absolute pride in their work and can see how the cleanliness of a site contributes to health and safety and the smooth operation of the build process. Primary ResponsibilitiesWork areas to be cleaned as work progresses and waste materials to be disposed of appropriately. Cleaning of each property to a high standard including the garage if necessary. External doors, garage doors, door frames and meter boxes to be thoroughly cleaned. Internal cleaning of window frames and glass ensuring our homes are ready to wow our customers on move in day.Cleaning of all ceramic and sanitary wear in the properties, including taps, shower screens, wastes to remove all dust and grime.
