Pay: £13.00 per hour rising to £13.50 per hour
Location: Headcorn, Kent
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Rotating shifts – Week 1: 07:00–15:00 | Week 2: 15:00–23:00
We are recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver for our client’s busy warehouse in Headcorn. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to secure a permanent role after a successful temporary period.
FLT Driver Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
2. Loading and unloading goods.
3. Moving stock within the warehouse.
4. Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
FLT Driver Requirements:
5. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
6. Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
7. Must have your own transport due to location.
8. Ability to work on rotating shifts (early and late).
9. Reliability and good attention to detail.
