Construction Project Administrator Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An exciting opportunity for an project administrator in Manchester. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking administrator for their construction company to join their team, with an immediate start. This is initially a temp role, with view to go perm.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
* Reporting to the Business Performance Manager
* To provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
* Reporting urgent works orders and requesting updates.
* Responsible for the day to day issuing and monitoring of responsive works orders in line with contract requirements.
* Planning and issuing PPM's
* Monitoring the accounts inbox
* Organising tenders
* Diary management
* Identification of additional works.
* Issue Purchase orders to sub-contractors and operatives as required in line with policies and procedures.
* Ensure all supplier invoices are accurately and efficiently processed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Supporting contracts manager
Requirements for the role
* Previous admin experience
* Reliable
* Organised
* Construction experience is desired
* Proactive
* PA/EA experience
