An innovative agricultural solutions company is seeking a Sales Agronomist to join their growing UK team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable crop production combining science, innovation, and hands-on field support to help farmers unlock the full potential of their crops.

About the Company

They partner closely with farmers and growers to deliver real-world improvements, supported by rigorous crop trials and data-driven insights.

The Role

As a Sales Agronomist, you'll take the lead in growing and managing customer relationships across your region. You'll combine your technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how innovative crop enhancement solutions can deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business with farmers, growers, and agricultural businesses.
* Conduct and manage crop trials to showcase product benefits and performance.
* Provide technical agronomic advice and product support to customers.
* Build long-term relationships with farmers, grower groups, and other key stakeholders.
* Champion innovative and sustainable farming techniques across your region.

About You

You're a practical, knowledgeable agronomist with a strong understanding of UK cropping systems, ideally including root crops such as potatoes and onions. You're well-connected within the farming community, confident running trials, and motivated by helping customers achieve tangible results.

Essential:

* Practical farming or agronomy experience.
* Strong regional network among farmers and growers.
* Passion for sustainable, science-led farming solutions.
* Experience running or supporting field trials.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Desirable:

* Proven sales or business development experience.
* Degree in agriculture, agronomy, or related field.
* Ability to analyse and present trial data clearly.
