Main Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Inbound Sales Support Executive to support the sales team by managing inbound customer enquiries, renewals, billing queries, and account updates.
This role focuses on providing efficient support to both customers and Account Managers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer queries including billing, payments, renewals, and account updates
Respond to general product and pricing enquiries
Handle account renewals and upgrades
Manage and respond to a shared sales support inbox
Follow up on overdue renewals with customers
Liaise with finance to resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system (HubSpot)
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and account follow-ups
Maintain high response rates and customer satisfaction levels
Qualifications & Experience
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
A Levels, BTEC, or equivalent qualification
Degree level education is desirable but not essential
Preferred Experience
Experience working with subscriptions or renewals
Familiarity with KPIs or productivity tools
Exposure to SaaS or service-based businesses

Experience using CRM systems and standard office software

Working Arrangements
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday) and 2 days from home
