We are seeking a Team Manager to join the Learning Disability service, to lead and manage our West Locality Team. The team comprises a Practice Consultant, Social Workers and Assistant Practitioners. You can expect to receive support from colleagues across the service.

We are seeking a Team Manager to join the Learning Disability service, to lead and manage our West Locality Team. The team comprises a Practice Consultant, Social Workers and Assistant Practitioners. You can expect to receive support from colleagues across the service.
Our Learning Disability service supports countywide and incorporates the Preparing for Adult Life Service (PfAL) and ASSD Employment Services. We have several transformation projects in the pipeline and are proud of the outcomes we have achieved for people so far, so have high aspirations for the future – making it an exciting place to work.
You will need to be an innovative change manager and an ambassador for promoting independence and Living Well. As an experienced practitioner, you will manage social care staff, drive productivity, act as Responsible Budget Officer and focus on the delivery of person-centred outcomes.
