Location: Open Arms Hotel, Dirleton, East Lothian

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Annual Pay: £25,396.80

Hours: Full-Time – 40 hours a week

We're looking for a full-time Kitchen Porter to join our busy, vibrant restaurant team. No experience needed – just a great attitude, reliability, and the drive to get stuck in. You'll be joining an exciting, fun team who work hard and enjoy what they do.

What you'll do:

* Keep the kitchen sparkling clean and organised
* Wash pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen equipment
* Assist chefs with basic prep when needed
* Manage deliveries and store ingredients safely
* Support the smooth running of a busy service
