The Role As Senior Nursery Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated practitioners across both nursery and pre-school sites Ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education Drive continuous improvement and uphold our ambitious curriculum Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community Manage operational responsibilities including staffing, budgets, and compliance What Were Looking For A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred) Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development Passion for creating nurturing environments where children thrive Excellent communication and organisational skills Rewarding Careers Here at Happy Days were building a workplace where our colleagues thrive.
