Main duties of the job
Part-time Staff Nurse position in our Twilight Team
Our aim is to provide excellent, person-centered, safe, and evidence-based care. Our Twilight District Nursing Team delivers out-of-hours care in patients' homes and designated buildings, comprising staff nurses and healthcare assistants providing community nursing services.
You must hold a relevant Nursing Qualification with significant experience and be a driver with access to a car and business insurance.
You will:
* perform joint visits to provide nursing care to patients assigned by a senior staff member
* assess, manage, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care in community settings, promoting effective teamwork
Shifts are 4.5 hours, 4 shifts per week (total 18 hours). The service operates 7 days a week, from 16:30 to 00:30, with shifts starting at 18:00 or 19:30 depending on needs.
