Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and advance your career.
This is a 4-week contract with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate must have experience with Section 106 Agreements.
Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
* Maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
* Work within the spirit and intention of equal opportunities and focus on customer care.
* Handle a high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion.
* Weekly pay
