Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store In Charge to manage end-to-end store operations at our Matatirtha Factory. The role involves overseeing receipt, storage, issuance, and control of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and finished goods support materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials (RM, PM, spare parts, FG support).
Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions in ERP (Odoo).
Maintain documentation for GRN, gate entries/passes, stock registers, and reports.
Track consumption, ageing, and stock movement to support production efficiency.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Intermediate level or higher.
Experience: 1–2 years in store/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
Skills:
Knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP (Odoo preferred).
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage stock accuracy and compliance.
Team coordination and multitasking ability.
