We’re expanding and seeking five new Associates across regions to join a high-impact, rapidly scaling team shaping the future of asset finance.
The Role:
Join us as an Associate, supporting Asset Finance solutions. Ideal for those interested in financial services and business development, aiming to grow in a dynamic environment.
You will work with senior colleagues to identify opportunities, support client engagement, and deliver tailored solutions, providing a pathway into a specialist sales role.
Responsibilities:
* Proactive and reactive communication with customers via phone and written contact.
* Agree and deliver Asset Finance solutions, generate new opportunities, and manage customer relationships.
* Support field colleagues in transactions and multi-hirer processes.
* Drive new income streams through self-origination.
* Assess financial accounts for underwriting submissions.
* Track deal progress and manage your pipeline from leads to successful delivery.
